What are your hours for tech support?

GOLD members can access rapid support during the following hours:

  • Mon-Thurs: 10am – 6pm
  • Sunday: 12 – 5pm
  • Friday: 10am – 12pm (1pm in the summer).

DIAMOND members — who are eligible for after-hours emergency support — can get emergency support from 7am-11pm Sun-Thurs, and 7am-12 or 3 pm on Fridays (depending on the season).

Do these plans include on-site support?

No — the support is remote-only.
However, DIAMOND members get on-site support at a 43% discount of $105/hr.
(For GOLD members, on-site service is billed at the regular rate of $185/hr.)
